Things Got Weird at Debate When Trump Brought Up ‘Mooning’ Quote from Jeb In case you were wondering how things could possibly get stranger at the Republican debates, Donald Trump brought up something about Jeb Bush saying something about mooning.
Trump called Bush “the weakest person on this stage by far on illegal immigration” and was booed.
Bush countered that it’s weak to disparage women, Hispanics, the disabled, and to call John McCain a loser.
Then Trump said Bush is hypocritical for lecturing him about language when “two days ago he said he would take his pants off and moon everybody.”
Here’s the context of what Trump’s talking about:
Sitting on his campaign bus — laptop, turkey jerky, and coffee all nearby — Jeb Bush was befuddled over his campaign’s failure to capture more attention from the news media.
“I could drop my pants,” he said in an interview. “Moon the whole crowd. Everybody would be aghast, except the press guys would never notice.”

donald trump highlights from the cnbc gop debate held wednesday october 28, 2015.Donald Trump was confronted at tonight’s CNBC debate for criticizing both Mark Zuckerberg and Marco Rubio on immigration. He denied it, but it happens to be taken from Trump’s own website. Moderator Becky Quick brought up two things: 1) that Trump criticized the Facebook founder on immigration, and 2) that he called Rubio “Zuckerberg’s personal senator.” Trump denied saying either of those things. John Kasich came out swinging at both Donald Trump and Ben Carson at tonight’s CNBC debate over what he has previously deemed as their “nonsense.” Kasich reiterated his criticism of Trump and Carson’s economic proposals, dismissing their “empty promises” and “fantasy” policies. He touted his own economic record and said Carson’s tithing proposal is ridiculous, as well as a “we’re gonna be great” plan. He cried, “We cannot elect somebody that does not know how to do the job!” Trump shot back by bringing up Kasich’s past work at Lehman Brothers and said that “he was such a nice guy [to me]… but then his poll numbers tanked.” Republican candidate Donald Trump said Wednesday night he might feel more comfortable if his employees brought guns to work — despite the fact that several Trump resorts have a policy against firearms. “I have a permit, which is very unusual in New York,” Trump said. “It’s a permit to carry. I carry on occasion, sometimes a lot. I like to be unpredictable.” Trump said gun-free zones are “target practice for the sickos” and a “feeding frenzy for sickos. Latest: Watch the GOP debate post-show Trump made his comments in response to a question about gun control in light of this month’s shooting rampage in at a rural community college in Oregon.
